What people ask before booking.
How long does it take to dry?
We extract the water as we clean, so the fabric is only lightly damp. With normal ventilation it dries in 2 to 4 hours depending on the fabric and the weather.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use safe cleaning solutions with high-pressure steam, and nothing is left behind on the fabric once it dries.
Do old stains come out?
Most stains fade substantially or disappear. Stains that have changed the colour of the fabric itself — dye or sun damage — will not come back, and we'll tell you that from the photos before you book.
Do I need to clear the flat?
No. The work happens where the furniture stands. We just need about a metre of space around the piece plus power and water.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order value is EGP 600. Call-out and travel are free.
